On Thursday, December 10, Jim Tobin, President of National Taxpayers United of Illinois, was interviewed by 1330 WNTA Rockford. Tobin spoke to the station regarding Gov. Patrick Quinn and Comptroller Daniel Hynes’ recent attempts to knock their gubernatorial opponents– William “Dock” Walls, III and Ed Scanlon– out of the February 2 Primary.
